Local TV visits n~motion studio Tega Cay.

When FOX 46 TV put out a story-request about a local business that had reopened after closing due to COVID-19, one of n~motion studio's partners responded that the studio had recently reopened by adding classes gradually. The next fun class to be added was Line Dancing starting August 7th.

The void that was created by the studio's closing was felt deeply by the community. Now, the much-anticipated reopening is being received with open arms!

Check out the video clip with the 6 and 10 ft. social distancing boxes that students dance in.

We care about your safety while in the studio, and that is why we are posting this information.Information below is provided by the Center For Disease Control (CDC) on what you can do to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).  CDC recommends everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases.  Please visit https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/ for the latest information.   The best way to prevent illness is to avoid exposure.

  1. Stay home when you are sick.If you have a cold, flu, or are not feeling well; please don't come to the studio.  Stay home and take care of yourself.  We will hold a space for you.

  1. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.  As much as we love you, heart hugs and touching will be discontinued while in the studio.  Hugs from a distance and energetic touch are always allowed.

  1. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.  This is difficult, but not impossible.  Have a tissue readily available to scratch those itchy places.

  1. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.  It's allergy season, so sneezes happen.  Please sneeze into your elbow, inside the front of your top, or use a tissue and discard it.

  1. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.  We clean all surfaces when the studio opens and closes.  We also clean between classes.  This includes bathrooms, floors, door handles, tops of spray bottles, counters, benches, etc.

  1. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.  We encourage hand washing and the use of hand sanitizer (readily available in the studio).  Also make sure mats are cleaned after use.

  1. Follow CDC’s recommendations for using a face mask.  We understand the use of face masks may be crucial for people with compromised immune systems (for example, someone with cancer who has taken chemo treatments).
